Service delivery is about; customers, resources, logistics, and
operations. But don't be fooled into thinking once the 'service'
has been successful delivered to a customer it stops there. How
you treat your customer post delivery with invoicing, collection, follow
ups, and account development are all seen in the eyes of your customer
as part of 'your' service.
